Orrcon Steel specialises in the manufacture and supply of precision tubing of many shapes, sizes and forms. We are distributors and manufactures of cold rolled, hot rolled, zinc and aluminium-coated and Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) precision tubing. Our Precision Tube sizes include: 12.7 O.D. to 101.6 O.D. in round tube. 12.75 SQ to 65 x 65 in square tube. 25.4 x 12.7 to 80 x 40 in rectangular tube. Wall thickness range is 0.85 up to 3.2mm.

We also offer a selection of elliptical and flat sided oval products for furniture fabrication and additional profiles for specialised end uses. Galvabond and Aluminium-coated surface finishes are available. Typical applications of ERW Steel Tubing are in fencing, furniture, automotive, original equipment and aftermarket, general engineering, sign posts, shop fittings, greenhouses, steel electrical conduit and more.

Our mills combine modern processing equipment with high tech management information systems. This has enabled Orrcon Steel to become a dynamic and flexible distributor and manufacturer of precision tubing.

  • Semi Bright (SEMB)
  • Standard Lengths are 6100 & 7320. Non standard lengths available by enquiry.
  • Other coatings available include - MSBR, HTGB, HRSB, HRGB.
